Ingredients
280g super-firm tofu
1 tablespoon cornflour
CHOOSE FROM:
A 1 heaped tablespoon harissa paste
B 1 heaped tablespoon of your favourite curry paste
C 1 tablespoon gochujang paste, plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
D 2 teaspoons red miso, plus 2 teaspoons olive oil
E 1 heaped tablespoon hoisin sauce, plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
F 2 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce, plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method
- Drain the tofu, then pat dry with kitchen paper, then chop into 2cm chunks, place in a bowl and toss with the cornflour.
- Place in the large drawer, shake into an even layer and cook for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
- Mix up your chosen flavour combo in the bowl, toss with the tofu and cook for a final 5 minutes, or until golden.
- Serve with your favourite sides – we’ve gone for the gochujang tofu, fluffy rice and steamed pak choi here. Make it your own!
