Ingredients
ice cubes
50ml vodka
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
150ml ginger beer
lime wedges, to serve
Top Tip
If you like a bit of extra spice, grate a 2cm piece of fresh ginger onto a board, then use clean hands to squeeze the juice from the pulp into the tumbler, stir, then serve.
Method
- Fill a tumbler with ice cubes.
- Pour in the vodka and lime juice, then top up with ginger beer and gently stir.
- Garnish with lime wedges, to serve.
