Yuzu something to me: Rich Hunt

Friend of Drinks Tube, chef, food writer and generally wonderful Gizzi Erskine requested a cocktail inspired by Yuzu - an East Asian citrus fruit. In response, fellow fan of Yuzu, Rich Hunt has created the 'Yuzu Something To Me' - a brand new spin on the classic Daiquiri cocktail. It combines Bacardi white rum, Yuzu juice, mirin (a Japanese rice wine) and lime juice. Created in partnership with Bacardi.

Serve it in a champagne flute with some grapefruit zest to garnish.
