Method
1. Put the watermelon chunks into a jug
2. Add the juice of 1 whole lime lime juice and ginger syrup
3. Muddle the watermelon to break it down and release the flavours
4. Add the Bacardi Superior rum and stir
5. Fill the jug with cubed ice and top up with Martini Prosecco
6. Fill the glasses with ice and pour in the cocktail
7. Garnish with a segment of watermelon and straw and serve
